Senior year (MSIV):

The fourth year of military science emphasizes the role of the military profession in today's society as well as ethical dimensions of military decision-making. Methods of instruction, conduct of briefings, how to structure and conduct meetings, performance and disciplinary counseling are taught. The spring semester focuses on logistics, personnel management, the Army finance and accounting system, the role of the lieutenant in unit administration and military justice, and current events as they relate to the military profession. (Prereq: Successful completion of MS3005&MS3006)

MSIV cadets aid the cadre in training the MS I - III cadets throughout the year. MSIII cadets have an MSIV monitor for each leadership evaluation and MSIV's lead the PT sessions.
