Sophomore year (MSII):

Second year of military science. 2005: Examines leadership fundamentals and the application of leadership principles in both theory and practice. Historical examples of military leadership are used as case studies. Emphasis on formulation of military values, principles, and leadership styles. Introduction to the branches (specialties) of the Army. 2006: Continue discussion of branches of the Army. Continue map reading and land navigation. Improvement of oral and written skills. Adventure training available on a voluntary basis. (Prereq: Successful completion of MS1005&MS1006)
