Army Reserve

The Army Reserve offers 100% tuition assistance for the time you attend Virginia Tech.  They will also pay up to $10,000 of student loans and up to $400 a month pay.  Army Reserve training can also convert to college credit.  All you have to do is serve one weekend a month!
