Are You Ready for the Challenge!!! The Reserve Officer Training Corps is a college elective that develops Leadership Skills in our students as they prepare for service in the Military or corporate world. ROTC graduates earn a commission in the United States Army (active or Reserve) or the Army National Guard. Training includes classroom activities, physical training, and laboratory operations in the field. Students receive hands-on-training in Leadership, Army operations, Military History, as well as, extensive opportunities to develop their personal leadership skills. Unless under scholarship, there is no service obligation for participating in the first two years of ROTC; offering students time to determine if military service is "right" for them.
